The products could be shipped by Sea transportation, Air transportation and Express. These will be chosen based on the weight, package size and with consideration of customer's requirements. The shipping time for Sea transportation is approximately 20-30 days, Air transportation is approximately 5-10days, Express is approximately 3-6 days.

Our default payment method is USD via T/T. We require a 30% deposit before production, and the balance must be paid before delivery. To save on bank transaction fees, we recommend transferring the full price in a single payment.

Yes, customization is a possibility if the minimum order quantity requirement is met. Please kindly inform us officially and confirm the design prior to production.
